What is a Friend Raiser?

Friendraiser is a time each year when we appeal to new listeners to begin supporting our radio station.

WAY Radio is a listener-supported ministry. Some listeners have supported our ministry every month for years. Some listeners have never supported us financially. Most fall somewhere in between those two extremes. If WAY Radio ministers to you, would you consider supporting us with your finances? Our expenses rise every year … as I’m sure yours do as well. But not only do our expenses go up, but some supporters are not able to continue supporting us each year … for many reasons. They move. Their home situation changes. They experience tough times. That’s why it’s always necessary to encourage new donors to join the family. Please consider supporting WAY Radio with a monthly gift. The size of the gift is between you and God. We have donors who give $300 a month, and we have listeners that give $5 a month. The main thing is to do whatever God leads you to do. If you don’t feel that you can give every month, could you give a generous one-time gift? We have received one-time gifts of $10,000 and we have received one-time gifts of $10.
